rake init YAML name error (fix)

I had to 'require yaml' in script/init for this to work. Error message was:

./script/init Loading Protocol blurbs
./script/init:21: uninitialized constant YAML (NameError) rake aborted!
Command failed with status (1): [./script/init...]
