Cached Bundler gem conflict

With the latest version of Flint, bundler issues can prevent an install. After issuing a 'rake install' I received an error:

No compatible versions could be found for required dependencies:

Conflict on: "bundler":
* bundler (0.9.25) activated by bundler (= 0.9.25, runtime)
* bundler (= 0.9.24, runtime) required in Gemfile
All possible versions of origin requirements conflict.

The only way I was able to install was by uninstalling bundler version 0.9.25 and installing the older 0.9.24 version.

    Got rid of the --disable-shared-gems arg in rake install's bundler targets.
